Capacity Building ESOL learning for Asylum Seekers

The aim of this report is to understand the issues for both asylum seekers accessing and receiving ESOL support in Birmingham and Solihull and issues for the organisations delivering to this agenda.

In order to:

• identify staff development needs
• identify organisational needs
• support the delivery of high quality ESOL
• identify networking opportunities
• identify existing provision
